Job Details: Penrose, Auckland | August/September start | 10-month fixed term | On-site | 20 hours per week
Our client is looking for an organised, proactive Office Manager to keep their Auckland workplace running smoothly. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll help create a welcoming, efficient, and engaging office environment.
What you’ll do:
-Coordinate day-to-day office operations, supplies, maintenance, and site tours- Liaise with building management and external vendors
- Support the onboarding of new employees alongside the local IT and Operations teams
- Help organise team events and employee experience initiatives
- Ensure the office remains safe, tidy, and inviting
What you’ll bring:
- Previous office management experience
- Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills
- Confidence using tools like Google Workspace and Slack
- A proactive, trustworthy approach with the ability to work independently
- Comfort managing competing priorities
