Your Role Will Include:
- Managing day-to-day office operations
- Scheduling and coordinating cleaning jobs and staff
- Handling client enquiries, quotes, and follow-ups
- Preparing invoices, contracts, and job sheets
- Overseeing supply ordering and inventory management
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding new staff
- Supporting compliance, health & safety, and company policies
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting to management
We’re Looking for Someone With:
Previous experience in office administration or team coordination can help, but is not essential
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A proactive and problem-solving mindset
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Comfortable using email, Google Drive, and basic accounting tools
Understanding of cleaning or trades industry (a plus, but not essential)
