Health & Safety Coordinator
Auckland
You will be responsible for maintaining, developing and implementing health and safety procedures in our workplace. Ensuring the company complies with regulatory laws, conduct safety audits, provide training to employees, and act as a point of contact for health and safety issues.

This role is critical in maintaining a safe work environment and reducing the risk of occupational injuries.
Responsibilities will include- Maintaining, developing and implementing health and safety procedures in line with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Conducting safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
- Providing health and safety training to staff and maintaining training records.
- Handling any incidents, investigating their causes, and recommending improvements.
- Keeping up-to-date with latest regulations and best practices in health and safety.
- Acting as a liaison with external health and safety authorities, as needed.
- 2-3 years' experience in a workplace health and safety role
- Sound knowledge of New Zealand's health & safety legislation, codes and best practices
- A collaborative approach, strong communication skills and a passion for health & safety
- Excellent organisational skills and confidence working across digital systems
- A current full NZ driver's licence
