We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, locally owned construction supplier with a strong reputation for quality, service, and reliability. Demand is steady, the brand is trusted, and your ability to convert opportunities directly impacts your earnings.

This is a hands-on, autonomous role combining business development, technical sales, and project coordination. You’ll work closely with builders, contractors, and commercial clients to deliver tailored solutions.

What you’ll be doing
  • Proactively generating and securing new business opportunities
  • Managing projects end-to-end: site measure, quoting, and delivery oversight
  • Building strong relationships across builders, contractors, and developers
  • Identifying opportunities within existing accounts
  • Coordinating with technical and operations teams to meet specifications
What you’ll bring
  • Proven success in sales, ideally construction or technical products
  • Strong hunter mindset and commercial drive
  • Confidence managing projects through to completion
  • Ability to interpret plans or technical specifications
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Desire to learn technical information quickly

Backgrounds that transition well: construction sales, building products, quantity surveying, estimating, draughting, or trade-based technical sales roles with some sales exposure. Ideal for a go-getter wanting an exciting career.
