We’re on the lookout for a reliable, motivated Hammerhand or Second-Year Apprentice to join our crew. If you’ve got a strong work ethic, experience on the tools, and are looking to grow your career with a leading local construction company, we want to hear from you!

You'll be working on residential builds across the Wellington region – from framing and prep to cladding, gib installation, landscaping works, and site clean-up. You'll assist experienced builders on a variety of quality projects, while continuing to build your own skillset.

• Assisting qualified builders on-site
• Framing, cladding, gibbing and insulation
• General landscaping work such as fencing, retaining walls and paling
• Reading and interpreting basic plans
• Prepping materials and using hand/power tools
• General site clean-up and safety upkeep
• Learning and applying construction best practices

• Minimum 2+ year experience in residential construction
• Second-Year Apprentices welcome to apply
• Own hand tools (basic kit)
• Reliable transport to and from sites
• Good communication and attitude
• Willingness to learn and contribute to the team
