Commercial HVAC Technician

About the Role
This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to work on high-tech datacentre projects and commercial environments. You'll be responsible for ensuring critical cooling systems operate at peak performance, carrying out service, maintenance, and fault-finding with precision and reliability.Based in Ellerslie, this role offers stability, growth, and the chance to be part of a supportive team delivering essential services.
Benefits- Competitive pay rate: $40-$45 per hour

- 40-hour week with overtime at time + ½ after 40 hours
- Stand-by and call-out allowance

- Service and maintain HVAC systems in commercial and datacentre environments
- Diagnose and repair faults to ensure optimal system performance
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Respond to call-outs and provide stand-by support as required
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality service
- Must have EST (Electrical Service Technician) license
- Proven experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance
- Knowledge of datacentre cooling systems highly advantageous
- Adheres to all NZ H&S codes and practises
- Current NZ working rights
- Full NZ driver's license
