- The roleWe have two Senior Analyst roles available in the Prudential Supervision team.
Our Senior Analysts are critical to the execution of Te Pūtea Matua's supervisory engagement with regulated entities (deposit-takers and insurers) and includes compliance monitoring, analysis, and relationship management to ensure that regulatory requirements are being met.
As a Senior Analyst in Prudential Supervision, you will:Assess prudential risks to deposit-takers or insurers, and implement strategies to mitigate those risksRegularly engage with external stakeholders and act as a relationship managerImplement and assist in the development of policy to promote financial stability.Ō pūkenga- About you You are passionate about the contribution you can make to economic prosperity and wellbeing for all New Zealanders.
You're an excellent communicator and understand the importance of building strong relationships with your stakeholders.' You'll also bring:Experience working within a financial institution, supervisory authority, or related field, along with a tertiary qualificationA'solid understanding' of' the' New' Zealand' financial' system,' and' the' interactions' between the economy, financial system and prudential regulation
