Pizza Store Manager

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for organising and controlling the operations of the store, including:

• Decide on the mix of food items to be sold at the outlet and determine the price of these food items;
• Determining the stock levels of the ingredients and products needed
• Conduct regular stock take of raw materials, and other incidentals
• Maintain appropriate levels of ingredients and other items needed in place to avoid any shortages
• Determining and planning the service standard to ensure the best dine-in and take-away experience
• Ensuring all staff meet these standards
• Plan and implement marketing/advertising policies, including updating store website and facebook page to promote products
• Maintain records of sales, purchases, and any other financial transactions
• Discuss with the owner and undertake budgeting for the store
• Will be responsible for hiring, training and supervision of staff
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum NZQF Diploma qualification in Business/ Commerce or at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Ability to work autonomously and manage full store operations
• Should be able to work in shifts, weekends and evenings - 40 hours per week roster.
