We’re opening our brand-new Manawa Bay outlet – and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join the team!
Here’s what’s on offer:
- Rostered Hours: Monday 9:30am – 6:00pm, Tuesday 11:00am – 7:00pm, Wednesday 11:00am – 7:00pm, Thursday 11:00am – 7:00pm, Sunday 9:30am – 5:30pm
- Minimum Hours: 38 per week
- Hourly Rate: $26.50 per hour

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Assistant Store Manager to support our Manawa Bay team. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, coach the team, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience.

What your day will look like- Running smooth, successful shifts and supporting daily operations
- Coaching the team on product knowledge, service, and sales
- Driving store performance and motivating the team to hit targets
- Prioritising exceptional customer experiences
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture
- Supporting with store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock
