About the Role
We're seeking a skilled factory worker with hands-on manufacturing and woodworking expertise to join our productive manufacturing team in Whakatane. In this position, you'll craft high-quality joinery products while working in a collaborative environment that values precision, safety, and innovation.

Handle Logistics - Package finished goods and coordinate with shipping to ensure products arrive safely to customers
Operate Equipment Safely - Use forklifts to transport materials, conduct maintenance checks, and manage loading/unloading
Contribute to Excellence - Maintain a clean workspace, suggest improvements, and assist across departments
What You BringManufacturing experience with focus on joinery and woodworking (but you don't have to be trade qualified)
Technical proficiency with woodworking tools and equipment
Enthusiasm for Lean manufacturing principles
Meticulous attention to detail and consistent quality output
Strong teamwork abilities and communication skills
Problem-solving mindset and initiative
Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and safe equipment operation
