OCS Hawke's Bay is seeking a motivated and reliable Specialist Services Cleaner to deliver high-quality cleaning services and consistently exceed client expectations.OCS is a leading provider of professional cleaning and facilities management services, operating across both the North and South Islands of New Zealand.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role includes, but is not limited to:
- General and specialist commercial cleaning
- Floor scrubbing and polishing using machinery
- High-level wall and surface dusting
- Carpet cleaning using commercial machines
- Window cleaning
- Strip and seal floor treatments
- Water blasting
- Working at heights using appropriate safety equipment
- Trade cleans and other specialist tasks as required
- Window cleaning
Comprehensive training will be provided. However, prior experience in commercial cleaning, machine operation, or related trades/services will be highly advantageous.
Work Schedule
- Full Time-position
- Flexibility is essential, as working hours may vary
- Shifts may include day, night, and weekend work to meet operational requirements
- Has previous cleaning experience (specialist Cleaning preferred)
- Understands health and safety requirements
- Is reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Has good communication skills
- Maintains a positive, can-do attitude
- Full, clean New Zealand Driver Licence
- Comfortable working at heights and using harness equipment
- Ability to pass a Police Check and Ministry of Justice check
- Legal eligibility to work in New Zealand
- This role is subject to pre-employment checks and requires a clean criminal record. Final appointment is contingent on satisfactory results.
