Our Auckland office is looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join the team and take full ownership of an established portfolio.
The Opportunity
This Accounting & Finance desk is a warm desk with established relationships across the wider Auckland region. Our Auckland office is looking for someone to step into this active space, work with a collaborative team and have the ambition to continue to drive success.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage the full end -to- end recruitment process across Permanent & Contract roles
- Develop new business opportunities within the portfolio as well as actively looking at the market
- Provide consultative advice and work with a wide range of marketing tools provided by Beyond
- Continually looking to build the desk and pipeline to achieve monthly success
- Supportive onboarding and a well-covered desk with access to a variety of clients
- Competitive base salary and monthly commission (after threshold)

What we are looking for:
- Previous recruitment success ideally in Accounting and Finance
- Strong relationship building capability – you love getting on the phone and talking with clients to drive new opportunities and get out and about meeting with new people
- You are a positive, resilient person and thrive on the chase and win
- You have driven strong billings and can prove this
- Values and the way you work is important – people are important – you treat clients and candidates with respect
