About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent role that blends internal sales support with hands-on warehouse duties. If you enjoy variety, take pride in accuracy, and thrive in a team environment, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities include:
- Process and manage internal sales orders, including documentation (e.g., packing slips)
- Respond to internal enquiries regarding stock availability and pricing (email and phone)
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided if required)
- Receipt and process incoming stock
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stocktakes, and cycle counts
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised
- Hours of work: Monday to Friday, starting between 7:30–8:00am and finishing around 4:30–5:00pm (minimum 40 hours per week).
- Current forklift licence
- Full Class 1 driver licence (Class 2 licence an advantage)
- Internal sales or order management experience
- Warehousing, dispatch, or inventory control experience
- Intermediate computer literacy (ERP systems, Outlook, Excel)
- Physically fit to complete manual handling and warehouse tasks
