Ō pūkenga/Skills and ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you will bring:Relevant secretarial qualification and/or equivalent experience.Strong organisation, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills.Minimum accurate word processing speed of 70 words per minute.Excellent attention to detail, time management, and planning skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience in events management, general office duties, and working with a wide range of computer-based applications.You will be working as part of a geographically spread team, so your ability to work independently and manage your workload with minimal supervision is essential.Previous experience providing executive or personal assistance in a busy environment is required; legal or court experience would be advantageous.Please note that this is a part-time, 30 hours per week, role based in Nelson.

Utu ā-tau/SalaryThe salary band for this role is between $59,729 and $80,794 and starting salary will be based on skills and experience.
