Experienced Office Managers & Administrators – Part-Time Opportunities!

We have multiple **permanent, part-time** opportunities available with reputable organisations in the greater Wellington region. If you are organised, proactive, and thrive in a professional environment, we want to hear from you!

These roles offer approximately 24–30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and provide the opportunity to become a valued member of supportive teams within established organisations across trade and membership-based sectors.

# Focus Areas: General Office Administration

**In these roles, you may be asked to:**
  • Handle data entry, filing, and record management
  • Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Manage incoming emails and phone calls professionally
  • Support day-to-day office operations and team workflow
  • Assist with accounts, invoicing, and financial administration
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, members, and suppliers
  • Help maintain project management systems
  • Ensure a tidy, well-organised workspace
  • Maintain accurate databases and spreadsheets
**Other Skill Areas:** *(Desirable)*
  • Previous experience in an Office Manager or Senior Administration role
  • Strong accounts knowledge (AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations)
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience supporting operational teams or member-based organisations
**Requirements:**
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Full driver’s licence and clear MOJ record
  • Professional references
  • Current and Legal right to work in New Zealand
