We’re a progressive, independent real estate company built on quality over quantity, genuine relationships, and exceptional attention to detail. Now we’re looking for an Office Manager / Administrative Superstar to become the operational heartbeat of our business.

About the Role
You’ll be:
  • The organisational mastermind behind seamless daily operations
  • The quality control across listings, marketing, and compliance
  • The communication hub connecting clients and suppliers
  • The calm, capable presence who keeps everything running beautifully

Hours: 24 per week (flexible across 4/5 days)

Location: In-office in Masterton

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing office systems, processes, and workflow
  • Preparing and proofing property marketing materials
  • Coordinating listings, documentation, and compliance
  • Liaising with clients to ensure a five star experience
  • Improving systems so we’re always operating smarter, not harder
