About the RoleYou’ll be:

Hours: 24 per week (flexible across 4/5 days)
Location: In-office in Masterton

What You’ll Be Doing- Managing office systems, processes, and workflow
- Preparing and proofing property marketing materials
- Coordinating listings, documentation, and compliance
- Liaising with clients to ensure a five star experience
- Improving systems so we’re always operating smarter, not harder
