About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our client’s busy IT project team. Your will have prior experience working across multiple projects and teams and understand project delivery frameworks and governance methodologies. This role is 40 hours per week and offers a hybrid working style with mandatory 3 days in office.
You will be responsible for the project financials, and schedules, coordinating governance, implementing project management processes, and leading project coordination activities. As an experienced Project Coordinator, you will be adept at managing large, complex projects and working with a diverse range of people.
To be successful you must have:
- A minimum of 5+ years in IT Project coordination roles, working across large, complex projects,
- Experience supporting a wide range of people
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong project management tools experience (i.e. JIRA and Confluence)
- Financial acumen
- Risks and issue management experience
- Reporting skills
- Attention to detail
- A team-player attitude, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Ideally you will have worked in fast paced, Agile environments.
