We are seeking an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to lead a significant, enterprise-level programme within a complex and fast-moving environment.
This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates comfortably in high-performing cultures, and is willing to be hands-on to ensure outcomes are achieved.The role
- End-to-end ownership of a large transformation programme with multiple workstreams
- Driving delivery across business and technology teams to agreed timelines and outcomes
- Working closely with global stakeholders, vendors, and senior leaders
- Applying Agile methodologies to enable iterative delivery and momentum
- Proactively managing risks, dependencies, and delivery governance
- Ensuring solutions are customer-focused, practical, and aligned to business priorities
- Taking a pragmatic, "get-things-done" approach — this is a doer role, not just oversight
- Proven experience delivering complex transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery environments
- Confident operating in a demanding, high-performance culture
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with global or offshore teams
- Background in insurance or financial services is advantageous
- Flexible, pragmatic, and outcome-driven
- Immediate start on a strategically important programme
- Enterprise-scale delivery with senior visibility
- Wellington-based contract
