Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in petrol and diesel vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance and vehicle servicing
• Carry out WOF-related checks and associated repairs (if certified)
• Use diagnostic tools and manuals to assess and resolve issues
• Replace or repair components such as brakes, suspension, and engines
• Maintain accurate records of all work carried out
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Minimum guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of Mechanic work experience and a relevant trade certificate.

• Must have own basic TOOLS or willing to buy within first four weeks of employment
• Full New Zealand Driver License
• Must be available to work on Saturdays
