Retail/Admin Assistant
This full-time Retail Assistant/ Admin role is an excellent opportunity to join the dynamic team at UK Caravans Ltd in their Christchurch Airport location. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the busy retail store.
What you'll be doingGreeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations
Processing sales transactions and handling cash and card payments
Restocking and organising the retail floor to ensure a neat and visually appealing presentation
Providing administrative support, such as data entry, inventory management and order processing
Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the store
What we're looking forPrevious retail or customer service experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently, picking up the pace in busy times and using quieter times to full advantage
A flexible and adaptable approach to handle the diverse needs of the retail environment
Computer Literacy with the Microsoft Suite.
Ability to pick up new systems
