Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and experienced Hammer Hands to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting Carpenters and Site Managers with framing, formwork, fit-outs, and general construction duties, reading and interpreting site plans and instructions, using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively, maintaining a clean and organized job site
Requirements:- Must have minimum 2 years' experience as a hammer hand on a commercial or residential site
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
- Basic tool set
- Good knowledge of tools, materials, and basic construction techniques
- Site Safe (or relevant safety certification)
- Reliable transport and strong work ethic
- Work may be performed indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Manual labour including lifting, bending, and use of tools is required.
