Health & Safety Administration Co-ordinator
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and well-organised individual to support a leading engineering business by coordinating their Health & Safety and training systems. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance, maintaining accurate records, and helping foster a culture of safety across the organisation.
Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.
Role description:This role involves coordinating, maintaining, and supporting the business’s Health & Safety systems, training records, and documentation to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across all operational areas. It includes the options of flexible hours and a reduced work week.
Responsibilities will include:- Producing and maintaining Health & Safety documents and reports
- Maintaining Health & Safety and training records
- Assisting with ISO 45001 system development and compliance
- Coordinating training schedules, inductions, and inspections
- Providing administrative support to project and operations teams
- Understanding of Health & Safety requirements in the workplace
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Flexible, adaptable, and keen to learn
