About the opportunity:
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and well-organised individual to support a leading engineering business by coordinating their Health & Safety and training systems. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance, maintaining accurate records, and helping foster a culture of safety across the organisation.

Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Role description:

This role involves coordinating, maintaining, and supporting the business’s Health & Safety systems, training records, and documentation to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across all operational areas. It includes the options of flexible hours and a reduced work week.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Producing and maintaining Health & Safety documents and reports
  • Maintaining Health & Safety and training records
  • Assisting with ISO 45001 system development and compliance
  • Coordinating training schedules, inductions, and inspections
  • Providing administrative support to project and operations teams
This role will suit someone with all or some of the following background/experience/qualities:
  • Understanding of Health & Safety requirements in the workplace
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Flexible, adaptable, and keen to learn
