The Role
No two days are the same here. You will be the backbone of our school’s physical environment, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities include:
- Maintenance & Repairs: Handling general DIY, fixing jobs, and basic bike maintenance.
- Grounds Upkeep: Mowing lawns, weeding, pruning, and keeping the site tidy.
- Daily Operations: Managing bins, setting up for school events, and moving equipment.
- Health & Safety: Performing daily playground/building checks and managing hazards.
- Liaising: Working alongside cleaners, contractors, principal and our Office Manager.
About You
We are looking for a proactive individual who "sees what needs doing" and gets stuck in. You will be a great fit if you are:
- Handy & Practical: Skilled with tools and comfortable with physical tasks.
- A Team Player: Friendly, approachable, and great at building relationships with staff and kids.
- Reliable: Someone with a strong work ethic who takes ownership of their space.
