Key Requirements:- Previous team leader experience and ability to motivate a team
- Barista experience (coffee preparation and service)
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach
- Reliable, mature, and responsible
- Able to work Saturdays and school holidays (essential)
- A proactive problem-solver with good organisational skills
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A positive role model for staff, with a focus on safety, service, and teamwork
