I’ve been where you are. I worked to my own high standards, but went home most days feeling unappreciated. No thanks, no feedback, no communication. The boss was too busy to listen, opportunities to progress didn’t exist, and training was rare.

I thought changing jobs and earning a bit more money would fix it. The extra money was nice, but I quickly realised I wanted more than just a paycheck.

• Proven longrun roofing experience (Colorsteel, tray, cladding)
• Able to run sites & motivate a small team
• Organised, honest, and quality-driven
• Current driver’s licence
• Great communicator with both clients & crew
• ? Apprenticeships
