Basics Trading Limited is looking for candidates to fill the vacancies for Chinese Cook roles
Job Requirement:- at least two years of relevant experience in Chinese Cuisine that specializes in Northern Chinese Style food in particular bread based cuisines.
- planning menus, estimating food and labour costs and ordering food supplies
- need to have a good understanding of Northern Chinese Cuisine in particular bread based cuisines and be update to date with most recent trend of Chinese Cuisines
- monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and packaging
- discussing food preparation issues with Kitchen and Managers
- demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking methods
- preparing, cooking and packaging the food
- explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
- may select and train staff
Pay rate: $29.77 per hour worked
