Mōhiohio: Information DirectorateThe Information Directorate delivers the data, information, tools and infrastructure that enable us to meet our investment and careers goals, and to operate effectively and efficiently.He angitūtanga: About the RoleBe one of four Technical Delivery Lead's reporting to the Manager Programmes, Architecture & Testing, the purpose of this role is to provide end-to-end technical coordination and delivery across key platforms and products to meet agreed delivery timelines.

This is a great opportunity to get involved and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and TEC's technical teams.Own and drive the end-to-end technical delivery process, ensuring solutions meet business objectives, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate with Infrastructure, Development, Testing, Cybersecurity, Business Analysis and Data teams to ensure robust and compliant solutions.Plan and lead release and deployment, ensuring smooth transitions to production environments.Own the product delivery roadmap and align with technology strategy and organisational priorities.Ensure consistent application of Agile, Scrum and Kanban practices across technical delivery teams.

Plan sprint capacity and resource allocation.Establish and manage escalation paths for issue resolution, particularly where technical decisions impact delivery timelines.Define and enforce quality standards across deliverables.Lead and motivates multi-disciplinary teams while working collaborating closely with Business Owners, Product Owners and Technical OwnersHe kōrero mōu: What we are looking forThis role would require a strong technical knowledge in a broad range of domains who can oversee the technical coordination and delivery for all components within their portfolio such as infrastructural, security, performance, testing, development, agile delivery, data, change/release planning and significant issue resolution.
