Trainee Wheel & Tyre Sales/Customer Service

Whether you're just starting out or looking to transition into a new role, this is an exciting opportunity to get stuck into everything from wheels and tyres to social media and sales!
Working hours - Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm, and alternate Saturdays once training is complete.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...
This is a varied role where no two days are the same! You'll be: ** Learning to sell wheels and tyres with full on-the-job training
** Assisting customers in-store and over the phone with bookings and product queries** Managing reception duties including invoicing and appointment scheduling
** Supporting social media content (we’d love your help creating reels, posts and updates!)
** Uploading and maintaining listings on Trade Me and other sales platforms
** Supporting the team with day-to-day workshop operations
THIS ROLE IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF YOU...** Have a genuine interest in cars or the automotive industry
** Enjoy engaging with people and delivering awesome customer service
** Are comfortable using computers and keen to learn systems like invoicing or stock management
** Can balance being organised with staying flexible in a fast-moving environment
** Have a positive, can-do attitude and are eager to learn
** Don’t mind rolling up your sleeves when things get busy
** Are available to work alternate Saturdays
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE...** Confidence communicating with customers and the team
** A willingness to learn about wheels, tyres, and the Mag & Turbo brand
** Attention to detail and pride in keeping things running smoothly
** Bonus: Experience with social media, photography or content creation
** Bonus: A love of cars or interest in mechanics (not essential – just awesome to have!)
