Go Best Camp Ltd is a growing retail and food service business based in North Shore, Auckland. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to lead and manage our customer service team, ensuring excellent service delivery and strong client relationships.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a guaranteed minimum of 32 hours per week and up to 45 hours per week, depending on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the customer service team.

Develop and implement customer service policies, standards, and procedures.

Handle escalated customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

Monitor service performance, set KPIs, and prepare reports for management.

Train, mentor, and support customer service staff to ensure high performance.

Coordinate with other departments (sales, supply chain, operations) to resolve customer issues.

Identify opportunities to improve service processes and overall customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience / Qualifications Required

Applicants must meet one of the following:

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a customer service management or supervisory role, OR

A relevant diploma in business, management, or customer service, OR

A bachelor’s degree or higher in any study area , OR

A New Zealand Level 5 (certificate or diploma) qualification

Additional requirements:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.

Knowledge of customer service systems, reporting, and KPI management.

Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and rostered shifts if required.

Terms and Conditions

Wage: NZD $28.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on skills and experience).
Hours of Work: Minimum 32 hours per week, up to 45 hours per week.
Location of Work: North Shore, Auckland.

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time.
