Accounts and Customer Service Administrator

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Accounts and Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly Penrose team. As a key member you'll be responsible for managing our accounts admin and providing top-notch customer service to our clients.

Accounts Administration:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely transactions
  • Process invoices, payments, and credit notes with precision and attention to detail
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong accounts administration skills with experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software (essential)
  • Some customer service experience

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions
  • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless customer interactions
