Accounts and Customer Service Administrator

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Accounts and Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly Penrose team. As a key member you'll be responsible for managing our accounts admin and providing top-notch customer service to our clients.
Accounts Administration:- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely transactions
- Process invoices, payments, and credit notes with precision and attention to detail
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
Essential Requirements:
- Strong accounts administration skills with experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software (essential)
- Some customer service experience
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless customer interactions
