Customer Support Administrator

The Role
This full-time, permanent position offers 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM hours and an incredible six weeks off over Christmas/New Year. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting schools and customers, ensuring accuracy, meeting deadlines, and delivering outstanding customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Typing and data entry using databases
- Handling phone inquiries and reception duties
- Liaising with customers to coordinate and finalize jobs
- Compiling and processing orders
- General office administration
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with high accuracy
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong phone communication and customer service skills
- High level of computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Previous data entry / database management experience would be beneficial
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- A mature, professional approach with a “no mistakes” attitude
