We’re looking for a positive, detail-focused professional to become an integral part of our customer service team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love interacting with customers, and have exceptional typing accuracy, this role is for you!

The Role

This full-time, permanent position offers 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM hours and an incredible six weeks off over Christmas/New Year. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting schools and customers, ensuring accuracy, meeting deadlines, and delivering outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Typing and data entry using databases
  • Handling phone inquiries and reception duties
  • Liaising with customers to coordinate and finalize jobs
  • Compiling and processing orders
  • General office administration
What We’re Looking For:
  • Typing speed of 60+ WPM with high accuracy
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong phone communication and customer service skills
  • High level of computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Previous data entry / database management experience would be beneficial
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • A mature, professional approach with a “no mistakes” attitude
