We are looking for an experienced Parts Manager to run our multi-franchise parts department.
Deal with all managerial aspects of the Parts Department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
Team management and motivation
Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Represent and promote our brand and products
Stock management
Drive procurement, sales, and profitability targets
Maintain high parts availability and deliver exceptional customer service
Proven experience in managing automotive parts operations
In-depth knowledge of trade and retail parts markets
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
Current NZ residency and valid work visa
