Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant

We pride ourselves in being the masters in event delivery throughout the Wellington region. We provide professional and service excellence teamed with friendly know-how.

We are looking to bring some new blood into the team, and we are looking for people that are excited to get stuck in and show initiative.

The role we have available is for someone that can mix it up between warehouse logistics and deliveries/pickups to various sites throughout each day.

You should be able to plan and organise, pick and pack items into trucks, and deliver to site dropping items to places as requested by customers, whilst working with headquarters.

Back at the hub we have people busy taking orders from customers, planning events, processing and cleaning returns items, getting marquees ready for events etc. There is lots to do and depending on your skills you can be involved in lots more if you are keen.

Key attributes we are looking for are:

• Show initiative, be solutions focused and willing to get stuck in and help the wider team during big events and over the busy months
• Experience in Warehouse operations and logistics
• Driver licence is essentional and preferable experience with driving trucks (bonus points if you have a class 5 drivers licence, but if not we are happy to put you through additional training to acquire this)
• Experience in the event industry, though most important is that you are willing to learn about the business and get the job done
