BestStart Judea is looking for a passionate Caregiver to join our energetic, long-standing team. This role is based in our Toddler classroom, where we prioritise social competence, oral language, and strong relationships. Experience working with tamariki is essential.

About the Role
As a Caregiver, you'll help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where tamariki can explore, learn, and grow. You'll work closely with a supportive team and Centre Manager.
You will:
- Provide high-quality care and learning experiences
- Support and extend children's play
- Contribute to a positive team culture
- Assist across classrooms and with daily centre operations
This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours, Monday–Friday).
