ECE Caregiver (BestStart Tauranga Central)

We believe in building strong relationships with tamariki and whanau, celebrating each child's individuality, and supporting learning through play, exploration and genuine care. We are now looking for a warm and enthusiastic ECE Caregiver to join our team on a fixed-term basis covering parental leave from August 2026 through to August 2027, working alongside our 2–5 year olds.
About the Role
As a valued member of our teaching team, you'll help create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn, grow and thrive. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues and whanau to support children's development through meaningful relationships, play-based learning and responsive caregiving.
