Kitchen Supervisor

Sensation Chicken is looking for an experienced and motivated Kitchen Supervisor to join our fast-paced and growing restaurant.

Salary: 25 per hour to 31.61 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure food is prepared to company standards
• Lead and support the kitchen team to maintain high performance and morale
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards are met at all times
• Assist in stock control, inventory checks, and ordering supplies
• Train new kitchen staff and manage staff rosters
• Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a kitchen and 30 hours per week.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as needed
