Chow:Hill Architects is looking for creatively minded commercial support team member to join our Hamilton Studio.
What we’re looking for
Our studio is looking for a dynamic and adaptable Commercial Support Team Member to play a vital role in our day-to-day operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced creative environment and enjoy balancing administrative, financial, and client-facing responsibilities, we’d love to hear from you!
Core Responsibilities:- Financial & Administrative Support: Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll processing and Xero data entry.
- Front-of-House & Client Engagement: Acting as the first point of contact, managing phones, meet-and-greets, hospitality, and social activities.
- Project Support: Preparing Word and Excel documents, entering data into our project management software (Total Synergy).
- Technical Proficiency: Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Marketing & Writing: Ability to draft marketing communications and project submissions.
- Social Media & Content Creation: Collaborating with our in-house marketing and branding team to develop engaging content for our digital platforms.
- Creative Software Proficiency: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite—especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
