- Leading a small, tight-knit team with energy and purpose
- Driving sales across outdoor furniture, BBQs, interior décor, fireplaces, portable heating and cooling, plus our seasonal ranges
- Mentoring team members to build confidence and capability
- Creating a positive, customer-first culture that makes shopping a breeze
- Managing team rosters and training needs
- Managing stock, merchandising, and department presentation with pride

This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, must be available to work weekends.
