• Proven experience in branch leadership, sales leadership, or a senior commercial role
• Strong ability to grow revenue, win new business and build lasting customer relationships
• Confidence leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Commercial nous with the ability to balance sales performance and operational accountability
• Industry experience in construction, building products, trade, interiors or a related sector will be highly regarded
