As the face of our shop, you’ll combine expert knowledge of meat with outstanding customer service, high standards, and operational efficiency. You’ll be building a team of skilled butchers and front-of-house staff, ensuring every cut and every interaction reflects the highest quality.

• Proven management experience in a high-end butcher shop or meat retail setting
• Strong knowledge of premium cuts, dry aging, and specialty meats

• Experience with stock control, ordering, and food safety compliance
