Full-time position with on-call responsibilities and occasional after-hours work required.

• Perform professional carpet cleaning services for residential and commercial clients
• Respond to emergency water damage and flood restoration calls
• Operate specialised cleaning and restoration equipment
• Assess damage and implement appropriate restoration techniques
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
