Loader Operator

Our client is one of New Zealand’s leaders in aggregate products and services, they are the trusted aggregate solutions partner for concrete, roading, rail and infrastructure industries, and are on the lookout for an exceptional Loader Operator now!

The role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join our team for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience, be reliable, and demonstrate a strong work ethic with a commitment to Health and Safety regulations at all times.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday – 7:00am – 4:45pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily loading of trucks with aggregates
• Stockpile management
• Checking and completing paperwork accurately recording each load
• Working independently with minimal supervision.

Role Requirements:

• Minimum of 3yrs experience operating loaders (Quarry experience advantageous)
• Must hold a Full Class 1 License (Class 2 advantageous)
• Wheels endorsement required.
• Clear communication for use with RT communications.
• Strong focus on Health and Safety practices.
• Proven reliability and ability to work autonomously.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must have a clean criminal background.
