Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking a permanent Customer Service Representative to join our TAB Wainuiomata team.
The hours and shifts for this position will be negotiable for the ideal candidates. Our stores are open seven days a week, and rostered shifts will include weekends and evenings. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training in the role and have opportunities for further advancement within the business.
We really value great customer service and you will need to enjoy chatting with lots of different people. Liking sports or racing is definitely a bonus. It's perfect for someone in hospitality or retail wanting a fresh challenge in a friendly environment.
Cash handling and numeric skills are essential. This hospitality business offers betting on racing and sports along with gaming, without the typical demands of food and alcohol service.
After training, you will provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
The role involves ensuring responsible gaming and compliance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations. Our training program will provide employees with the necessary knowledge to uphold these standards. Candidates must be willing to understand and follow legal requirements to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

Prior knowledge of TAB or gaming is not required but beneficial.
