About the role
We're on the hunt for standout cleaners to join our Housekeeping team! You'll play a crucial role in preparing our properties to perfection, ensuring every detail is flawless and every guest enjoys a seamless, five-star experience. We have casual, part-time and full-time positions available on a seven-day rotational roster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional cleaning services, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and ensuring holiday homes are spotless and inviting.
- Stock and replenish amenities in each property to guarantee a complete guest experience.
- Travel to various holiday homes across Taupo to perform cleaning tasks.
- Report any significant issues promptly to the Property Manager.
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Property Manager to support team needs.
- Location and Visa: Reside in the area or nearby with a valid work visa.
- Transportation: Hold a full NZ driver’s license and have access to your own vehicle.
- Availability: Flexible to work weekends, school holidays, and public holidays.
- Communication: Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Exhibit exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for achieving a polished and refined overall property presentation.
- Problem-Solving: Capable of thinking on your feet, solving problems, working independently and within a team, and taking ownership of your tasks.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with others while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
- Work Ethic: Willing to get hands-on, approach tasks with courtesy and care, and exhibit a can-do attitude.
