As our Operations Supervisor, you'll be leading and mentoring our MSCO’s who deploy speed enforcement systems nationwide. You will possess excellent planning capabilities and play a crucial role in ensuring all activities meet our strict safety and regulatory standards, providing essential guidance and support, and acting as the primary supervisor during off-hours and weekends.

This includes active involvement in the planning of deployments and operational strategies.

What you'll bring to the role:

Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong commitment to safety and compliance, aligned with our values.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with our technology and the adaptability to our 24/7 schedule, including nights and weekends.
Proven experience in operational planning and strategy.
A full NZ driver's license with a clean driving history.
