As our operations continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and detail-focused Quality Assurance Engineer with the flexibility to support Quantity Surveying and pricing activities when needed.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of quality assurance across a variety of engineering projects. You will be responsible for maintaining QA processes, performing inspections and testing, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

You'll also support the team with Quantity Surveying tasks, including pricing and cost control, as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures and systems
  • Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with specifications and standards
  • Identify quality issues and work with teams to resolve them effectively
  • Ensure documentation meets ISO and regulatory requirements
  • Support Quantity Surveying and pricing functions when needed
  • Collaborate with project teams to promote a culture of quality across all activities
About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in quality assurance/control, ideally within mechanical or civil engineering will
be given strong preference during the selection process
  • Solid understanding of QA/QC principles, standards, and best practices
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and related quality management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CSWIP and CBIP are highly desirable
