What We’re Looking For:
We want a Head Chef who brings energy, ideas, and leadership. You’ll be responsible for running the kitchen, creating and maintaining a killer menu, managing food costs, mentoring staff, and ensuring a smooth, efficient service.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:- Proven experience in a similar Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- A passion for American style food
- Solid understanding of kitchen financials (GPs, ordering, rostering)
- Excellent food safety and hygiene practices
- Creativity and a collaborative attitude
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
