This role is based at Auckland City Hospital Monday to Friday, full time (1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week).The successful applicant will require excellent learning, technical and organisational skills and will need to be able to pick up systems and processes quickly and be able to work collaboratively with the admin and clinical teams.For further details, please refer to the position description here.About UsWe are Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland.

Experience in the use of hospital software systems would be an advantage.Ability to adapt at short notice when required to cover colleagues for short notice and/or planned leave.Excellent customer service skills with a strong desire to provide our patients with the best quality experience of our servicesAble to empathise and work compassionately with people from various culturesAttention to detail, common-sense and ability to problem solve effectively.Strong communication and critical thinking skills with the ability to challenge and question the `status quo and contribute to process improvement.IT literate with advanced competence in MS Office.Positive attitude with strong organisational skillsAbility to prioritise work and take proactive approach to manage your time and workload and the capability to work independently as well as within a team.Given the nature of this role, we will only be accepting applications for those with valid and full New Zealand working rights (ie.
