In this role, you will assist with general factory duties including: assembly, cleaning, packing, basic machine / tool operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general labouring duties within the factory as directed
- Assist with quality control, packing, and labeling of products
- Operate basic machinery and equipment (training provided)
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment
- Load and unload materials and products
- Support machine operators as needed
- Deliveries & Pick Ups
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (preferred but not essential)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
- Follow direction and respond to all instruction safely, proficiently and punctually
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
- A clean and full drivers licence
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a can-do attitude with the ability to work in a team as well as alone.
