Requirements
What You’ll Do- Architect the Future → Translate bold ideas into smart, scalable digital solutions across apps, APIs, data, and cloud.
- Lead with Tech → Champion modern stacks: flutter, microservices, Kubernetes, serverless, AI/ML, data-driven everything.
- Collaborate to Win → Work with product, engineering, and customers to design platforms that deliver real impact.
- Stay Ahead → Spot digital trends early, and guide Youtap to the next wave of innovation.
- Secure & Compliant → Keep our platforms bulletproof with PCI-DSS, ISO27001, and global fintech standards.
- 5+ years building or architecting digital platforms, SaaS, or fintech systems.
- Cloud chops (AWS, Azure, GCP) and a love for APIs, microservices, containers, and DevOps.
- Data & AI savvy—you get how data powers smarter products.
- Ability to direct, educate and drive our team of expert developers and innovators.
